Train Track Pie

Ingredients:
- 2 frozen pie shells
- 3 skinned chicken breast halves
- 250 - 500 mL broccoli tops
- 1.5 small cans mushrooms
- 0.5 large can black olives, crumbled
- 3 strips Sizzlean "bacon"
- 1 pkg chicken gravy mix
- 30 mL sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 375 mL milk
- 25 g curry
- 125 g American cheese shredded
- 125 - 250 mL Nutrigrain wheat cereal
Directions:
1) Toast pie shells 'til lightly brown
2) Boil chicken, broccoli 'til done. Pour off broth. Bone/Chop chicken
3) Add mushrooms & olives to chicken & broccoli. Place in pie shells.
4) Mix bacon, gravy, sour cream, eggs, milk, and curry and pour half in each pie.
5) Top with cheese & cereal
6) Bake at 190°C (375°F or Gas Mark 5) for 30 min or until set.
Notes on the Metrication of this recipe:
I used a hard conversion process for the metrication. 1 US cup became 250 mL, 1 US pound became 500 g, 1 US tablespoon became 15 mL, 1 pinch of curry (a fine powder) became 25 g, etc. The goal was to create an easy to read, easy to use recipe using metric units.
